Chelsey Reschke is the President and CEO of Voran Group Ventures, based in Edmonton Alberta, Canada. Chelsey and her team aim to become a global leader in the commercialization of innovative surface technologies. Having spent over a decade developing solutions for the corrosion industry as an internationally recognized expert in corrosion related equipment and materials, Chelsey is now turning her attention to organic chemistries that provide protection against pathogens.
Dave Pavelich is the Vice President Sales and Marketing at Voran Group Ventures – Dave is an experienced marketing professional whose work is focused on building nationally recognized brands. He as absorbed vast knowledge in media buying, brand positioning, content creation, and social media management while developing marketing strategies and plans for a multitude of corporations. Dave is now determined to bring Canadian-made products to the fore-front of the global market with an emphasis on the “Made-in-Canada” label to create a stable supply chain and lower our carbon footprint.
Vince Quiquero is the Chief Scientific Officer of Voran Group Ventures. Vince has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. Over the course of his career, Vince has contributed to bringing over 100 products to market including: pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, consumer goods and manufacturing/processing technologies.
Vince’s experience in senior leadership positions with multinational pharmaceutical companies and executive leadership roles with CDMO and life science companies underscores his strong track record of bringing together sound science, technology, process, and business acumen to build competitive and profitable outcomes. More recently he founded a successful life sciences consulting firm providing scientific and executive leadership services to companies ranging from start-ups to large international companies. Vince also served on the Board of a life sciences technology start-up focused on proprietary, solvent-less technologies that transform botanicals into superior quality products.
Vince drives the internal product development program and technical due diligence for external opportunities.
Keri Lestage joins Voran as Chief Revenue Officer after serving BYOPLANET as Chief Science Officer where she was a recognized leader in public health and infection control programming. Prior to that, she led all strategic partnerships in the Healthcare and Professional Cleaning divisions of Clorox as Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships. Keri holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi School of Polymers and High -Performance Materials where she specialized in opaque polymer synthesis.
Keri’s proven success delivering multiple priorities with uncompromised results while consistently demonstrating expertise in exploiting technologies will be an asset for Voran. Keri will work alongside senior management to spearhead our strategic pursuits, shape our market direction and label strategy, and continue to build our processes in customer service excellence.
